Goolie Golf Warranty and Return Policy

Goolie Golf, LLC warrants that all products, which are shipped from Goolie Golf facility, are manufactured with maximum possible care, and are 100% inspected for defects and or mishandling. We are committed to having only satisfied customers, who will order again, and tell their friends about Goolie’s Balanced Gravity Putters. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product quality, simply return it within 30 days for a refund.

Returned items must be accompanied by the original packaging and the original receipt. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Goolie Golf reserves the right to assess a restocking charge on all returned items. Special Order items and Custom Orders are not returnable. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return procedure:
Should you need to return an item, please contact Goolie Golf Customer Care Department by phone (858) 277-5393 and request a PRA (Product Return Authorization) number. Returned items MUST have the PRA number written on the box of the returned item. Return shipping charges are customer’s responsibility. We recommend that shipping insurance is purchased when returning the product.

CUSTOM ORDERS, DEMO ITEMS, SPECIAL EVENT ITEMS, SALE PRICED ITEMS and PERSONALIZED ITEMS are not returnable.

Please Note: All sales are subject to availability at the time of ordering. All products carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. Should you have a problem within the manufacturer’s warranty period Goolie Golf will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of your particular situation.

International returns:
The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements. Closeouts, custom orders or demo items are not returnable either domestically or internationally.
